HEAD INSTRUCTOR
Mike Quick (our Head Instructor and Co-Founder) brings over 35 years of Martial training (29 years as an Instructor), 8 years of proud service in the U.S. Marine Corps Infantry (including serving as a Sgt./Squad Leader and an Operator in an Elite Counter-Terrorism Unit during The Global War on Terror, former Professional Light Heavyweight MMA Fighting Champion (Alaska), a former Professional Bodyguard and Security Chief abroad, (Mexico), the ONLY Certified (in Thailand) Instructor of Muay Thai from the World Muay Thai Federation to be teaching in Haymarket, VA. He is one of only two active Certified Protect Krav Maga Instructors in this region under the Founder, Professor Itay Gil. Mike has been an NRA Certified Pistol Instructor for 10 years, and the only approved instructor to represent 360 CQD (formerly the Center Axis Relock System as seen in “John Wick”) in DC, MD, WV, & VA. We can honestly say that what we have to offer, is "different from the rest."
FEMALE INSTRUCTOR
Charity Quick (our Female Instructor and Co-Founder), With 10+ years of experience in our "Tactical MA's" system and 6 years of hands-on Instructor experience, she co-instructs our co-ed classes. Charity is an executive by day, working here locally in Northern VA and uses her years of experience as a female business professional travelling the globe alone to add in-depth real world personal experience to the training. She has been a professional trainer in hostile negotiations, communication skills and creative problem solving. She has been an NRA Certified Pistol Instructor since 2014.
